What can I do to increase my odds of being placed in an internship or full-time position?

The best thing you can do to increase your chances of being placed is to make sure e-mails from us don’t end up in your spam folder, continue to update your resume as you progress in your studies/career, and to keep an open dialogue with us to make sure we have the most current information.

Why should I participate in this program?

Participating in the JobMatch program is a low energy way to expand your job search. While you are out looking for jobs, we work to match you with companies looking for you. With an extremely minimal time commitment on your part (uploading your resume and occasionally updating it) joining the program is a no-brainer.

What other resources do you have available for someone looking for a job?

Career Communications Group, Inc. (JobMatch’s parent organization) offers two annual conferences where our partner companies routinely recruit. On top of that, CCG has a self-serve job board that you can use free of charge.

Do I have to pay to be a part of this program?

This program is free of charge for anyone who would like to participate.

Is this program open to everyone?

This program is open to everyone.

How do I update my resume?

You can update your resume by visiting this site. If you have forgotten your login information or never received it, click here and enter the e-mail address used on your resume.

Why haven’t I been placed yet?

Unfortunately, not every candidate is right for every job. Don’t worry, when a job becomes available that you are a good fit for, we’ll let you know.

Is it guaranteed that you will find me a job?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everyone who is looking for a job will find one through us vaigeneric.com. Our service is a supplemental tool to your existing job search and we do hope to be able to match you with a position in the future.

If I have additional questions, who should I reach out to?

If you have any additional questions you can reach out to Courtney Taborn, our Talent Management Specialist at Ctaborn@ccgmag.com
